What is your minimum order?
The minimum first order is £300 (excl. VAT and shipping), minimum top up orders are £100 (excl. VAT and shipping).

Do you attend Trade Shows?
We exhibit at Spring Fair in February and Autumn Fair in September at the NEC in Birmingham, England every year to launch our new collection.

What are your payment terms?
Payment must be made in full before an order can be dispatched.
You can make payment by bank transfer, pay by link using card or paying over the phone with a card.
Once your order is placed and is ready for dispatch, you will be sent an invoice that has the BACS details, a link to pay by card and a telephone number to pay by card.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, the price will be quoted once you have placed the order as the cost is based on the size and weight of the box. Alternatively, order with us through Faire.com here.
Can I use your photography on my website / social media?
Our photography is available to download and use for websites, social media and print. You can find the link to our photography in the main header of our website or you can go to photos.cadenzaitaly.co.uk
How long will my order take?
Orders will usually be invoiced on the same day they are placed and then shipped as soon as they are paid.
